This policy explains how ClarkStay handles personal data in the internal reservation operations system used by authorized staff.

We collect reservation information required for operations, including guest names, stay dates, room assignments, platform identifiers, contact details, and payment fields when provided.

Data is used only for reservation management, staff communication, check-in and check-out operations, reporting, and audit logging.

Access is role-based. Admin, manager, and staff permissions are controlled in-app, and activity logs are retained for administrative review.

Reservation records are retained for business operations. Non-admin staff visibility is limited according to configured access rules.
