This system is for authorized ClarkStay personnel only. You must use an approved account and keep your credentials secure.

Users must enter and edit reservation data accurately. You are responsible for actions performed under your account.

You must not export, disclose, or misuse guest information outside approved operational workflows.

System actions may trigger automated notifications and audit logs. By using this service, you acknowledge this operational logging.

ClarkStay may update features, permissions, and these terms as needed for operations, security, or legal compliance.

Access can be suspended or revoked if misuse, policy violation, or security risk is detected.
